‘Scoop’ Trailer Depicts the Far-Reaching Consequences of One Phone Call

The trailer for the upcoming Netflix series ‘Scoop’ has been released, and it promises to be a gripping tale of how one phone call can set off a chain reaction with far-reaching consequences. The series is inspired by real events and is based on Jigna Vora’s memoir, ‘Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison.’

The trailer shows how Vora, a journalist, was framed by the police and accused of being involved in the murder of a fellow journalist. The series follows her journey as she fights to clear her name and uncover the truth behind the murder.

The series is produced by Matchbox Shots and directed by Hansal Mehta. It stars Jagruti Pathak in the lead role of Jigna Vora. Chhota Rajan, one of India’s most notorious gangsters, also features in the series.
