A 77-year-old man was shot while turkey hunting in New Hampshire on Sunday. According to New Hampshire Fish & Game, the man suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound while hunting turkeys with a friend in Goffstown. The victim was able to walk out of the woods on his own and drive himself to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester where a call was then made to notify law enforcement of the situation.
It’s not clear who shot the hunter. Names and additional information are being withheld by authorities pending an ongoing investigation.
