How do you get proper outside maintenance on a condo unit? I am in dire need of foundation fill around my unit. There is an extreme drainage problem for years. Trees have been removed, grass has never been replaced, however, fertilization takes place yearly. I am not a landscape expert but there seems to be a lack of growth to absorb water. I am fearful that sooner or later I will have water in my basement. Outside maintenance is the responsibility of the condo association. There has been a rodent problem digging around the foundation.
